First, run apt-get intall

ttf-alee
xfonts-baekmuk
scim scim-hangul
scim-gtk2-immudule
scim-tables-kr
scim-tables-ko
scim-config-gconf
scim-config-socket
After this, restart X11. Open up Firefox hit “Ctrl + Space” to shift between Korean and English input.
